Must be a Bachelor of Science in Aviation Field. OR a Person with Module 9 & 10, with previous planning experience or hands on experience of 3 yrs on Bell 412/212.
Must have high computer literacy skills, competent with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point, Access).
Must be able to learn Quickly the software used in Maintenance.
Must possess sound knowledge of CAR Part M and Part 145 in area related to Planning.
Detail oriented with exceptional time management and multi-tasking ability
Excellent coordinating and organizational skills
Must be able to perform well under pressure
Ability to work independently.
Good verbal and written communication skills in English, including strong interpersonal skills, teambuilding skills, and the ability to persuade others without creating adversarial relationships.
Requirements/Qualifications
Ensures that company procedure and quality standards are complied with when planning maintenance
Liaising with the Part M and Part 145 departments Like Line Base & Shops.
Works closely with the Maintenance Manager to ensure manpower requirements are accurately planned
Carrying out other directed duties as discussed with the Director Maintenance.
Generating Work Order and work packs for Shops.
Tracking of work package for completion.
Quality checking of completed work packages.
Return of the work package to CAMO within the agreed timeframe.
Drafting of Task Cards from Manuals.
Liaises with the customer.
Supports continuous improvement and supports initiatives within the Planning department and the planning process.
